Every book I write has a character named Jessica in it in honor of my niece. She is so much like me it's scary!

Every book I write also has a cat in it. I love cats and cannot live without my three--Tuxedo, Aphrodite, and Athena!

I became interested in writing young adult novels after reading the Twilight Saga. I love the series and am hopeful that my stories will entertain others as much as Twilight entertained me!

I picture people I know in my mind when writing my characters to bring them more to life.

My favorite place to write is on my back porch with a cat on my feet and my netbook on my lap.  Nice weather and lots of birds at the feeder top it all off!

I attend a monthly critique group and have four wonderful betas I 'met' on QueryTracker.net but have never met in real life. What would I do without the internet?
